The meter — what credits buy

Measured, not marketed.

These two numbers carry most months: what a finished post costs through six hands and the quality gate, and what a finished image costs at 2K. Read from live production runs — the same rate card the product quotes on screen before each action.

Booster credits stack on top of your monthly allowance and never expire. Until packs go on sale, a busy month is covered the same way it always was — upgrade when you need to; it takes effect immediately, prorated.

Questions people actually ask

The fine print, in large type.

Q.01What happens when I run out of credits mid-month?

Upgrade your plan — upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated credit top-up, so you’re never blocked mid-campaign. Booster Packs are coming as an instant top-up alternative. Your existing content is never affected either way.

Q.02Do unused credits roll over?

Yes — monthly credits refresh up to a cap of 2× your allowance, so one light month carries forward instead of vanishing.

Q.03What actually counts as a credit?

Credits track the actual AI compute used — a short caption costs less than a long article. A cost estimate is shown on screen before AI actions, and failed runs are never charged.

Q.04Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated credit top-up. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle — credits already granted are never clawed back.

Q.05What about Enterprise — BYOK, SSO, custom contracts?

Enterprise ($499/mo) is Bring Your Own API Key: you pay your AI providers directly, and there is no platform credit pool — we charge for the platform, not the compute. SSO/SAML is on the near-term roadmap. Self-serve checkout works like every other plan; for custom contracts, talk to us.

Q.06Is client work safe here?

AES-256-GCM encryption at rest, MFA, Cloudflare edge protection, Postgres row-level security on every tenant table, structured audit logging. GDPR-ready. Paddle handles payment security as Merchant of Record.

Q.07How does tax / VAT work?

Paddle is our Merchant of Record and handles global tax and VAT automatically — EU VAT, US sales tax, and regional requirements are covered in checkout.

Q.08Is there a free trial?

Every new account starts with 2,000 Welcome Credits — roughly your first week of client content, end to end. No card required, and no trial countdown: evaluate at your own pace.

Q.09What if we leave?

Your content leaves with you. One-click full export of everything you made, and deletion that actually deletes. No lock-in is part of the rate card.
