Every run of the presses gets a numbered, dated entry — features, fixes, and the category most changelogs don’t have: our own corrections. When a comparison verdict changes or a claim gets rewritten, it’s logged here — the feature pages promise “the changelog says when,” and this is the page keeping that promise.
Fixes we’d rather not mention are logged next to the features we would.

Four comparison pages rebuilt so competitor wins print in amber with equal weight. In the process: one unsourced stat deleted (tool-stack’s “most teams cancel 3–4 subscriptions”), one over-claim rewritten (Jasper page’s “closed-loop learning” — the real system is narrower, and now says so). The retractions are printed on the pages concerned.
Read the ledgers →Failed scheduled posts re-read a zero attempt count on every pass, so the retry limit never fired and failures retried forever. The attempt count now persists — pinned by a regression test.
Writing samples pasted from Word carry typographic apostrophes (’ not '); the voice analyser counted zero contractions and skewed formality scores. Found while printing our own voice metrics on the new Voice DNA page — dogfooding caught it. Apostrophes are normalised at intake now; pinned by a test.
Rebuilt page by page with real production numbers, a banned-words gate in the build, and a kill list for claims we can’t back with code. You’re reading part of it.
Shapes and frames can be marked fillable at compose time, and the slot inspector was redesigned around the things designers actually touch.

Generated scenes are now art-directed from the brand’s own customer worlds — distilled from the knowledge base — instead of stitched together from settings.
The chat-led visual direction builder became the default for all accounts, after the 13 May rebuild of the artwork step around it.
Reference photos put the client’s actual founder into generated scenes — with consent on file, always. Per-theme expression control followed on 10 May.
How likeness works →AI usage wasn’t drawing down workspace balances — generation ran free until the post-action deduction was wired in. Printed here because a changelog that skips the embarrassing ones isn’t a record.
The campaign wizard covers organic, paid and event campaigns, and the calendar carries non-content work too — client calls, briefs, ad buys. Rebuilt 18–20 Apr; the planner reads the knowledge base directly since 21 Apr.

Voice DNA, the SEO Hub, Re-Text and LinkedIn publishing predate this dated record — they shipped before we kept a log worth publishing, and we won’t invent launch dates for them. From here on, when they change, the change is logged above like everything else.
