What shipped. When. In ink.

Every run of the presses gets a numbered, dated entry — features, fixes, and the category most changelogs don’t have: our own corrections. When a comparison verdict changes or a claim gets rewritten, it’s logged here — the feature pages promise “the changelog says when,” and this is the page keeping that promise.

Fixes we’d rather not mention are logged next to the features we would.

Illustration Studio — free fix tools, and its own page

The Illustration Studio’s cutout fix tools are now free and in place. Click a stray bit of leftover background and an object-aware selection lifts it out; brush to restore anything cut by mistake; or dial a heavy drop shadow lighter without regenerating. No credits, no re-rolling — you’re fixing our own cutout. The studio also gets its own page, showing how illustrations come back transparent, with the ground shadow rebuilt mathematically so they drop onto any surface.

We corrected our own correction

Run № 019 fixed two wrong numbers on the trust page — and got two of its own slightly wrong. A full re-audit against source found the alert-rule count is 9, not 10 (a 10th “queue depth” rule is described in a code comment but was never implemented as an alert — it rejects the request, it doesn’t page anyone), and the audit action types span 7 groups, not 8 (the code folds tenant events into settings). Both numbers are fixed and every review stamp on the page is re-dated. A correction that can’t correct itself isn’t worth much.

The trust page became an audit sheet

Every security claim now carries a provenance stamp — CODE for what’s verifiable in the repository, INFRA for what’s configured in the platform accounts — and a review date. Two numbers on the old page failed the re-check and were corrected: 25 audited action types (we said 13) and 10 alert rules (we said 12). A firewall claim we couldn’t verify was removed site-wide until we can.

The compare pages became honest ledgers

Four comparison pages rebuilt so competitor wins print in amber with equal weight. In the process: one unsourced stat deleted (tool-stack’s “most teams cancel 3–4 subscriptions”), one over-claim rewritten (Jasper page’s “closed-loop learning” — the real system is narrower, and now says so). The retractions are printed on the pages concerned.

Scheduled-publish retries now stop at the cap

Failed scheduled posts re-read a zero attempt count on every pass, so the retry limit never fired and failures retried forever. The attempt count now persists — pinned by a regression test.

Curly apostrophes broke voice contraction counts

Writing samples pasted from Word carry typographic apostrophes (’ not '); the voice analyser counted zero contractions and skewed formality scores. Found while printing our own voice metrics on the new Voice DNA page — dogfooding caught it. Apostrophes are normalised at intake now; pinned by a test.
