Every run of the presses gets a numbered, dated entry — features, fixes, and
the category most changelogs don’t have: our own corrections. When a
comparison verdict changes or a claim gets rewritten, it’s logged here — the
feature pages promise “the changelog says when,” and this is the page
keeping that promise.
Fixes we’d rather not mention are logged next to the features we would.

New capability — it exists now and didn’t before.
Improved
Existing capability, made better — quality, speed or reach.
Fixed
Something was wrong and now isn’t — including the embarrassing ones.
Honesty
A claim we corrected in public — rewrites, retractions, verdict-chip changes.
On the dates
Entries before July 2026 are back-filled from the build records — each date
is the date written in the record, not a reconstruction. Live-logged from July
2026 onward.

Honesty
The compare pages became honest ledgers
Four comparison pages rebuilt so competitor wins print in amber with equal weight. In the process: one unsourced stat deleted (tool-stack’s “most teams cancel 3–4 subscriptions”), one over-claim rewritten (Jasper page’s “closed-loop learning” — the real system is narrower, and now says so). The retractions are printed on the pages concerned.
Failed scheduled posts re-read a zero attempt count on every pass, so the retry limit never fired and failures retried forever. The attempt count now persists — pinned by a regression test.

Curly apostrophes broke voice contraction counts
Writing samples pasted from Word carry typographic apostrophes (’ not '); the voice analyser counted zero contractions and skewed formality scores. Found while printing our own voice metrics on the new Voice DNA page — dogfooding caught it. Apostrophes are normalised at intake now; pinned by a test.

The Print Room — a new website
Rebuilt page by page with real production numbers, a banned-words gate in the build, and a kill list for claims we can’t back with code. You’re reading part of it.

The template gallery went live
Browse the catalogue, add a design to My Templates, pick it at card creation — and it re-renders in each client’s palette, type and logo without being touched. The system the Canva comparison is about.
In-browser authoring for brand-adaptive designs, with 20 open-licence font families. The engine landed 11 Jun; the studio opened 12 Jun.

Sketch-first image design
The agency-designer flow: sketch → refine → compose, with a critic scoring each step before the next. Built 28–30 May.
Run № 00724 May 26

Theme-first image quality
Generated scenes are now art-directed from the brand’s own customer worlds — distilled from the knowledge base — instead of stitched together from settings.

The conversational wizard, on for everyone
The chat-led visual direction builder became the default for all accounts, after the 13 May rebuild of the artwork step around it.

Real people in the artwork
Reference photos put the client’s actual founder into generated scenes — with consent on file, always. Per-theme expression control followed on 10 May.
AI usage wasn’t drawing down workspace balances — generation ran free until the post-action deduction was wired in. Printed here because a changelog that skips the embarrassing ones isn’t a record.

Campaigns became execution units
The campaign wizard covers organic, paid and event campaigns, and the calendar carries non-content work too — client calls, briefs, ad buys. Rebuilt 18–20 Apr; the planner reads the knowledge base directly since 21 Apr.
AI-guided, brand-aware image direction replaced the static design brief — the ancestor of today’s conversational wizard.

Onboarding, simplified

Before the record — said plainly
On what isn’t listed
Voice DNA, the SEO Hub, Re-Text and LinkedIn publishing predate this dated
record — they shipped before we kept a log worth publishing, and we won’t
invent launch dates for them. From here on, when they change, the change is logged
above like everything else.
